School Building/District/Intermediate School District Grants
“These grants have allowed us to give our students a myriad of hands-on manipulatives and access to current STEM tools to be designers and engineers,” said 4th – grade teacher Nancy Wind.
We are excited to work with our educators and help assist with the gathering of resources so great STEM education may happen in the classroom. Grants can be daunting and that is why we are here to help. We may not have all the answers and we will find out together.
It would be good to review the resources below, especially the Teacher Application Checklist. It lays out the basics on helping you determine whether a grant opportunity is a good fit for your school and classroom. This helps to cut down on applying for grants that are likely to not get funded.
Also, take pictures throughout your process if you are funded. This can help you when reporting out on the grant about the learning that happened along the way and celebrate the students’ learning.
